How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated by destination, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Every destination has a free shipping threshold. Below it, shipping is a flat rate — never by weight, no matter how heavy or bulky your order is.

Your free shipping threshold and flat rate are shown on every product page and in your cart, in your own currency.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive in 5–8 calendar days from the day you order (Taiwan 3–7 days). Allow up to 12 days during busy periods or if customs takes longer. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

It depends where you are.

Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia: no import duty or tax on orders of our size. Hong Kong is a free port with no VAT or GST at all.

Taiwan: orders are duty-free up to NT$2,000 in customs value — note that customs value includes the international shipping cost, and if the total goes over NT$2,000 the whole order is taxed, not just the excess. Taiwan Customs also requires the recipient to confirm the declaration in the EZ WAY app before the parcel is released, so please keep an eye on your phone after you order. In the rare case customs does charge, the fee is payable by the recipient.

What's your return and exchange policy?

All orders are Final Sale due to our international fulfillment model. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 15 days with photo/video proof and we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original item. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

Email us at service@nuztails.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. Once verified, we'll send a replacement right away, usually without needing you to return the original item.

How does NuzTails give back to animals in need?

We donate 2% of our monthly revenue to animal shelters and rescue organizations, inspired by our own two rescued cats, Eggplant and Bamboo Shoot.

Can I cancel or change my order after checkout?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay and Apple Pay, as well as PayPal. Apple Pay lets you check out in a couple of taps without typing card details. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
