1. Order Processing Time

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours of purchase.

• Once your package is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link will be sent to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

• Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Timelines (With Tracking)

• Regional / Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days.

• International Shipping: 4–12 business days, depending on the destination country's customs clearance speed.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to strict customs inspections.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority.
